Yeah, that’s a tricky one. From what I’ve seen using nudify online, platforms usually include disclaimers and guidelines, but that doesn’t fully remove legal risks. In my experience, responsibility mostly falls on the user if they apply the tool to someone else’s image without consent. Developers can help by adding clear consent checks or content filters, but ultimately, users have to act ethically. Treat it like any tool—you can do great creative work or get into trouble depending on how you use it.
