Yeah, I switched a couple of years back, mostly because I was done troubleshooting air leaks every other weekend. Electric actuators give you way finer motion control, especially when you need slow, steady movement instead of the quick jerks you get with pneumatics. Plus, installation is way easier — no compressors, no pumps, just wiring. They’ve held up a lot better than the bargain ones I tried earlier, and I barely do any maintenance now.
