My fish finder stopped working while I was out on the lake and I was really frustrated because the screen stayed dark. I searched for troubleshooting tips but I really needed to talk to a technician who could walk me through a hard reset. I checked out Humminbird customer service and finally found a number that connected to the tech department after waiting for days for an email reply that never came. They helped me diagnose the issue and now I am back on the water with a working sonar and a much better understanding of my fishing gear.
