I’ve been logging my mood for a while now, but looking back at it just feels like scrolling through a diary. I want to actually *see* the changes, like in graphs or colors. Anyone have creative ideas for turning mood logs into something more visual and engaging?

I had the same issue — text entries alone weren’t clicking for me. So I switched to color-coding moods and making little charts. In Liven app review, they mention how the app uses visuals like color waves and emotion maps so patterns literally pop out at you. It’s way more motivating when you see “Oh, these blue days match up with my busy work weeks” or “Look, more yellows after I started morning walks.” It’s like giving your emotions a shape, so they’re easier to understand.

Sometimes even a simple wall calendar works — just use stickers or colored pens for each mood. Over time it becomes this cool art piece that’s also a personal history.
