      I once gave a presentation on blockchain to students, and at first, everyone was bored. Then I tried to explain it using a metaphor about “a notebook where everyone writes notes, and no one can erase anyone else’s,” and their attention suddenly returned. I think analogies and simple images sometimes work better than slides with code. Which do you use more often—visualization or metaphors?

      Our company had a task to convey the idea of new software to our partners, and we were afraid that it would sound too “technical.” On https://www.b2w.tv/blog/motion-graphics-for-tech-marketing , I stumbled upon tips on presenting complex technologies through motion graphics. We created a short video that demonstrates the entire logic of the product step by step, using animation. As a result, even people without technical training said that everything became clear. This convinced me that the right presentation can “sell” better than long explanations.

      I think the main thing is not to overload the audience. When you hear a barrage of terms, you immediately lose track. I saw one colleague structure his explanation according to the “problem-solution-result” principle, and everyone listened to him until the end. Another tried to cram everything in at once, and half the audience turned to their phones. I think structure and brevity are just as important as visualization.
