Hey guys, I’ve been thinking about investing in a property in Dubai, and Rove Home Meydan Horizon caught my eye. I’m curious about how strong the rental or resale potential is here. A friend of mine bought a place last year, and she’s been juggling between renting it out to tourists and keeping it available for professionals who work nearby. From what I’ve seen, the area has nice infrastructure, like cafes, transport, and leisure spots, but I’m not sure how that translates into steady demand for tenants or if tourists would really pick this location over others.
