I am a manager in a chain of auto repair shops — we have 5 locations, mechanics, service technicians, plus seasonal interns. It also seemed that 30–35 people is not a lot, but in reality, everything turned into an endless “who’s coming in today?”, “will he replace me?”, “but I asked for a day off a month ago!” Until we switched to https://shifton.com/shift-scheduling I spent half a day every Friday just manually updating schedules and assigning people to shifts. It was just hell. We started implementing Shifton at the beginning of last year. We first took a trial version, tried it out for a month, and then bought it for the entire chain. The coolest thing is, of course, the “shift creator”. It really doesn’t just assign everyone to dates, but works according to logic close to our real life. For example, I set the rules: Vasya doesn’t work on Sunday, Petya — only the first half of the day, Anna comes in every other day. The system takes all this into account. Moreover, when someone writes that they are sick, I just click “find a replacement”, and Shifton itself shows who is available, who has suitable experience and who has not worked the maximum hours. That is, you don’t even have to think much – just click a couple of buttons and check. Yes, at first there were nuances. For example, I had to explain to employees that now they do not just write in WhatsApp that they want to change, but send a request through the application. But now everything is in one place: notifications, confirmations, reports. I can go in at any time and see who worked how many hours, who often asks for a replacement, who had overtime. This greatly simplified internal reports and conversations with the accounting department – before everything was by eye and with “plus or minus two hours”, now everything is clear.

I run two Telegram channels, one in English and one in a tv version. Let me say it right away: a community is important in Telegram, not just a news channel. Subscribers should feel that this is “theirs”, not just a stream of links. Here’s what works: Bet of the day – every day I post one event with a brief analysis. Without overload, in a popular way. Real reviews – sometimes I post screenshots where people write to me: “registered through you, got a bonus”. Quizzes – I ask: “How many goals will Hearts of Oak score today?” The winner gets a free bet from me (in reality, I just send him a bonus). And, of course, don’t push. In Ghana, people value honesty. Write directly: “This is an affiliate link. I get a bonus if you register – but you don’t lose anything, on the contrary, you get a starting bonus.” This works much better than clever tricks. I have about 700 subscribers now, and the income from 1xBet Ghana is about $400/month. But I have been downloading this for half a year, I do not expect an immediate return.

I read and understand how much the approach to urban clothing has changed. Just a couple of years ago, everyone was running around in backpacks and rustling windbreakers, and now there are suits with ventilation, built-in NFC and a climate monitoring system. I haven’t decided to buy one yet, but I’m definitely following the development. I’m especially interested in how they will behave in the summer heat — if anyone survives in one until July, write how you feel 🙂

I think this whole thing with buying likes and other similar services is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it can really help in the beginning, especially if you are just starting to develop your page and need some kind of “activity indicator”. But on the other hand, if you rely only on these methods, you risk not building a real audience that will be really interested in your content.

Sounds interesting! I would be happy to try such services myself, especially if they help small businesses stand out from their competitors in the region. It is important that the platform is focused on the local audience, as such businesses often cannot afford mass advertising in large cities.

I recently used the services of Online Directory in Huntsville, ON for a small business and I can share my experience. For me, this service was a real discovery because I had been looking for something like this for a long time that could help expand my customer base in our region. The thing is, many of us, small and medium-sized business owners, face the problem of how to get information about our business to customers who are not in large cities, but in small towns or suburbs. In this regard, the Northern Ontario Local platform really helps you find a local audience that otherwise might not even know about you. When I registered my business on the platform, I was surprised at how easy and convenient it was. They offer tools to create personalized advertising campaigns that are targeted specifically to our area – this is important because local customers tend to prefer to work with companies that are close to them, rather than those who are on the other side of the province. Moreover, the platform has reviews, which also helps build trust and promote your company through word of mouth. I won’t say that I immediately received thousands of client flows, but the number of requests and interest in my services has increased significantly, and this is certainly noticeable. In this regard, for small businesses, especially at the start, this is a really powerful tool.

I agree, cricket in India is something special. If you compare it, for example, with football, then in India, cricket really plays a leading role. However, it is worth remembering that in many countries the situation with football can be completely different. In Europe, for example, football players earn much more than in India. But in the context of India itself, cricket is clearly beyond competition in terms of income.

I have been playing at https://neocasinoonline.com/ for almost half a year, and I can say that my impressions, like yours, are generally mixed. Yes, the site and its interface look really cool, and the choice of games is large, and they offer various bonuses and promotions. But with jackpots, everything is not so simple. Often, when I played slots, the winnings were either minimal or completely empty. Of course, partly it is luck, but this game has its own peculiarities that are worth considering. Firstly, it is important to understand that the casino is set up to make a profit in any case, and jackpots, although they can be huge, rarely actually fall out. The mechanism of most jackpot games is based on a random number generator (RNG), and there is nothing wrong with this, it is the standard for all online casinos. But it is important not to forget that “lucky” moments are just a coincidence. Yes, it is possible that if you play often you will notice patterns in how often you win, but this does not give you the ability to accurately predict when you will win. As for strategy, in most cases it does not exist in the literal sense of the word. In slots, for example, there is always an element of randomness. The only way to improve your chances is to manage your bankroll. That is, it is important to set limits and not to overplay. I have noticed that many players, especially beginners, start betting too high in the hopes of a big win, but this can lead to losing all your funds in a matter of minutes.

Yes, I am using the monitor stand for desk from https://www.progressivedesk.ca/collections/monitor-stands for two monitors, and I can say that it is really worth it. I was also looking for a solution for two monitors for a long time, and when I started looking into stands, I realized that simply “placing” them on the table is not an option. The problem is that the table immediately becomes overloaded, and the monitors often have to be adjusted to make it comfortable. This is where a mount with gas lifts comes to the rescue, which allows you to adjust not only the height, but also the angle of inclination and even rotation. This is really convenient, because I do not need to sit with fixed screens. In this regard, the stand from ProgressiveDesk is perfect. What I like about the model I bought is its versatility and the ability to independently adjust each monitor. I work with two screens, but they are different in size, and it is important that each monitor is at the right height and at the right angle. The ProgressiveDesk stand lets you adjust each screen to your liking — tilt one down a bit, and turn the other to the left. This is important if you have many tasks at once and often change angles. The gas lift works perfectly: you can quickly raise or lower the monitors, and it happens smoothly, without effort. This is a big plus, because I can’t sit in one position all the time, and the need to constantly change the angle of the screen in different situations only increases.
