      Also, I forgot to ask: is it actually possible to find a ready-made aggregator with a single integration that handles 24/7 technical support and monitoring, so we don’t have to keep expanding our engineering team indefinitely?

      Last year, when launching our startup, we also went through this process. You should not aim to reinventing the wheel, but instead start with an effort to build a scalable platform as your starting point since otherwise, a very basic homemade solution can fail with the first flood of users. In my case, the two things of having 99.9% uptime and having all of the hundreds of titles connected via a single API were the main ingredients solving 90% of all problems.
