We and our business partners are currently actively developing the concept for our own online entertainment platform, as we’ve long wanted to enter this market. During the design phase, we ran into a bunch of technical hurdles: how to properly combine the development of our own games with the integration of third-party content so that everything runs smoothly even under heavy loads. Could you advise on which architectural and reliability criteria we should prioritize to ensure the system doesn’t crash during peak times?

Also, I forgot to ask: is it actually possible to find a ready-made aggregator with a single integration that handles 24/7 technical support and monitoring, so we don’t have to keep expanding our engineering team indefinitely?

Last year, when launching our startup, we also went through this process. You should not aim to reinventing the wheel, but instead start with an effort to build a scalable platform as your starting point since otherwise, a very basic homemade solution can fail with the first flood of users. In my case, the two things of having 99.9% uptime and having all of the hundreds of titles connected via a single API were the main ingredients solving 90% of all problems. Check out EdgeLabs’ Online Casino Software solutions. They have a great aggregator called EdgeLabs Connect and offer a full development cycle, from mathematical models to 24/7 support. This will save you currency from the start. Have you decided which game categories will be your main focus at launch?
