      I’ve been trying to find a stable office coordinator or administrative assistant role for the past three months. I spend hours on Indeed and LinkedIn every day, but 90% of the listings turn out to be terrible three-month temp contracts with zero benefits. Is there a better way to filter out this junk and find actual permanent corporate positions?

      I was stuck in the same cycle on the global job boards for a couple of months before switching to a regional approach. It is much more efficient to use a local employment portal to find administrative job Toronto positions because they have direct ties to corporate offices. The team behind it screens applications manually and matches you with employers that actually offer proper benefits packages rather than just temporary contract work.
